I am thrilled with my new porch. These guys were the best. I highly recommend! Pretty much the opposite of any experience I’ve had with any type of home building or improvement project. Very professional, did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. The result is gorgeous!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end with the entire team at Charlotte Decks and Porches. We were looking to build a covered deck and from the moment Jeff came onsite we knew we had found the team we wanted to work with. Jeff's entire team was so professional. They were very tidy and worked very efficiently. We received another bid from a large decking contractor and they were more expensive without the bells and whistles that my wife and I wanted. We highly recommend using Charlotte Decks and Porches for your outdoor upgrade.

After receiving two recommendations from friends, I contacted Charlotte Decks and Porches for a big project that my husband and I had in mind. Jeff, the owner, responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. He worked with us to create exactly what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions and was flexible when we requested last minute changes. The quality of the work is excellent, and we are so pleased with the finished product. The company works like a well-oiled machine and made the construction process as easy as possible from start to finish. We will be enjoying our porch and deck for many years to come. Jeff and his team recently completed a screened porch and deck project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Jeff was great to work with through every phase of the project – from providing us with a timely quote, to partnering with us to design the detailed plans and to quickly answering all of our (many!) questions before, during and after construction along with constantly keeping us updated on status and schedule. Jeff’s team with Ben and crew did great work and were very professional and efficient and kept the work area clean/organized, and we had similar experiences with the other teams involved in the project (Rob the electrician in particular was great). Would recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches to anyone!

Charlotte Decks and Porches surpassed our expectations in every way. Trustworthy Timeline. The crew began work on our project on the exact day that Jeff indicated. He said the screen porch would take six weeks to complete and (despite a stretch of rainy weather) it took six weeks to complete. Communication. Jeff and I sent dozens of emails back and forth throughout the process. We knew the payment schedule, we knew when we had to make decisions (deck material, paint/stain colors, electrical details, etc.), we knew what options were available, we knew when the crew was going to work on a Saturday, we knew when inspectors were coming, we knew when painters were coming. There were no surprises. Quality of Work. The crew paid attention to every detail and built an impressive structure. They worked deliberately and they took pride in their work. They were experienced and professional. Value. The overall cost was very similar to other quotes that we received. With the exception of extra charges for skylights and speakers that we added mid-project, the final price matched the initial quote exactly. Charlotte Decks and Porches is the right choice for any screen porch project in the Charlotte area.

After a long search, my husband and I chose Charlotte Decks and Porches to replace our old deck with a bigger deck with a roof. (See before and after pictures below.) Jeff (owner) gave us a quote and a time frame and he was spot on. The only things that changed in his quote were things that we added on after the fact, and the job was done when he said they’d be done (without cutting corners and despite some weather challenges). This crew was the most impressive and professional crew we've ever worked with. They cleaned up the job site every day before leaving; they had materials delivered as needed so we didn't have our property or driveway obstructed for long periods of time; they were polite, easy to communicate with, and very respectful. Jeff was on site just about every day to check on the progress and to check in with us. He was very responsive to emails and stayed on top of any concerns we may have had. Even his sub-contractors were great (painters, electricians, gutters, etc.) and Jeff made sure that their work was top quality from beginning to end. We are beyond pleased with the look and craftsmanship of our deck! I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with Charlotte Decks and Porches, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff and his team (ps my husband says Ben is the man!!) did a great job! I've been super impressed with how quickly everything went. This is not how most construction projects go... Typically there is a lot of sitting and waiting for progress. But not in my experience in working with Charlotte Decks and Porches.... They were seasoned pros! Everything was like clockwork and perfectly choreographed. Very satisfied with the end result and grateful to have partnered with Jeff for my outdoor reno needs. I'm happy to refer anyone to them and recommend their work. Thank you!

We can't thank Jeff and his team at Charlotte Decks and Porches enough for our beautiful screened porch! Every aspect of the construction work was completed without issue and in a timely manner. Even with a few wet days and the winter holidays, our project was completed as promised. It was so nice to have a contractor who really did handle EVERY detail and made us comfortable with construction project from start to finish. We loved the fact that there was progress being made on project daily ... no long waits or interruptions once the work started. Jeff's team is friendly, reliable, and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We 100% feel like we picked the right team for our project and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new deck or porch. Thanks Jeff, we're ready for Spring!!

We used Charlotte Decks and Porches to tear down our existing wooden deck and replace it with composite decking and an Eze Breeze screened-in porch. His team showed up on time and everything was professional quality. He was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire project. One of The Most Prominent Suburbs in Charlotte, North Carolina

Weddington is a town located in Union County, North Carolina, about 15 miles southeast of Charlotte and 14 miles northwest of  Monroe. According to the 2010 Census, the town’s population was 9.459, counting 2.772 households and 2.561 families. It is one of the most prominent suburbs of Charlotte, with a small portion of it extending into the Mecklenburg County. Weddington is almost completely made up of single-family homes situated on one-acre lots.

The town spreads over a generous area of 15.9 square miles, of which 15.8 square miles are land, and 0.1 square miles is water. It also has a commercial area, referred to as the Town Center, where residents can spend leisure time as well as carry on daily activities. Weddington’s Town Hall is located in a beautiful historic home, dating back to 1894.

As far as suitableness for families, the neighborhood features three elementary schools (Weddington, Antioch, and Rea View), one middle school (Weddington) and one high school (Weddington), making it ideal for couples that are looking for a quiet place to start a family. The town also has two civic organizations, WCWAA (an athletic organization for youth) and the Weddington Optimist Club.
