Jeff & Team are Top-Notch. They were able to construct our Screened In Porch and Outside Deck in 6 weeks. The porch quality along with the communication and Trade coordination was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly Recommended.

Jeff and his team built a beautiful deck (~700sqft) for us last fall. Great communication, set expectations well before the start of the job and met every deadline they set. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to add some value to their home.

Working with Charlotte Decks & Porches was an absolute pleasure - our project was completed on time, and we are in love with the results! Jeff took our loose vision and turned it into a reality with great suggestions along the way. Best of all, Jeff & his crews are incredibly responsive and wonderful people. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with Jeff and team and would recommend them to everyone. We had them build a screen porch for us. It is rare when you can say that everything went according to plan, but it did. Jeff was honest and transparent and we had zero surprises throughout the entire process. The build is high quality and no short cuts were taken. We are extremely happy with our new screen porch and have already spent a lot of time out there, even with the weather cooling down (thanks to the heaters!).

After receiving two recommendations from friends, I contacted Charlotte Decks and Porches for a big project that my husband and I had in mind. Jeff, the owner, responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. He worked with us to create exactly what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions and was flexible when we requested last minute changes. The quality of the work is excellent, and we are so pleased with the finished product. The company works like a well-oiled machine and made the construction process as easy as possible from start to finish. We will be enjoying our porch and deck for many years to come. See the picture for the amazing before/after. I highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches!

Jeff was extremely responsive throughout all phases of the process and provided valuable input on key decisions. All team members and subs were nothing but professional and courteous throughout. I would highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches for similar projects.

Jeff and his team recently completed a screened porch and deck project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Jeff was great to work with through every phase of the project – from providing us with a timely quote, to partnering with us to design the detailed plans and to quickly answering all of our (many!) questions before, during and after construction along with constantly keeping us updated on status and schedule. Jeff’s team with Ben and crew did great work and were very professional and efficient and kept the work area clean/organized, and we had similar experiences with the other teams involved in the project (Rob the electrician in particular was great). Would recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches to anyone!

We selected Charlotte Decks and Porches after several conversations with friends who used Charlotte Decks and Porches for their projects and were happy with the level of service and quality of work that Jeff and his team provided. Our experience with Charlotte Decks and Porches was no different and exceeded all expectations. From the quoting process to building, Jeff and his team went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered and concerns were alleviated. Jeff was constantly in contact throughout the process, keeping the project moving while ensuring his and our standards were met (my wife and I are Type A all the way). We highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches for anyone looking for a contractor who is a great communicator, provides quality work, and maintains a clean job site!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end with the entire team at Charlotte Decks and Porches. We were looking to build a covered deck and from the moment Jeff came onsite we knew we had found the team we wanted to work with. Everyone was professional, communicated throughout the process and most importantly the end product is more than we could have hoped for. Thank you guys, we really appreciate everything.

Jeff's entire team was so professional. They were very tidy and worked very efficiently. We received another bid from a large decking contractor and they were more expensive without the bells and whistles that my wife and I wanted. We highly recommend using Charlotte Decks and Porches for your outdoor upgrade.

Charlotte Decks and Porches surpassed our expectations in every way. Trustworthy Timeline. The crew began work on our project on the exact day that Jeff indicated. He said the screen porch would take six weeks to complete and (despite a stretch of rainy weather) it took six weeks to complete. Communication. Jeff and I sent dozens of emails back and forth throughout the process. We knew the payment schedule, we knew when we had to make decisions (deck material, paint/stain colors, electrical details, etc.), we knew what options were available, we knew when the crew was going to work on a Saturday, we knew when inspectors were coming, we knew when painters were coming. There were no surprises. Quality of Work. The crew paid attention to every detail and built an impressive structure. They worked deliberately and they took pride in their work. They were experienced and professional. Value. The overall cost was very similar to other quotes that we received. With the exception of extra charges for skylights and speakers that we added mid-project, the final price matched the initial quote exactly. Charlotte Decks and Porches is the right choice for any screen porch project in the Charlotte area.

This is the fourth renovation project we have completed since we bought our house in 2013 and this was by far the best experience. We can not thank Jeff and his team enough. From the initial estimate all the way through the final punch, Jeff and staff were always punctual showing up right at the specified time. Once permits were in place construction seemed to fly by. Staff always cleaned up and respected our home which was nice given the fact that we have young children (no spare nails or power tools ever left behind). And most importantly the final product was absolutely stunning of the highest quality. My wife and I could not be happier.

I am thrilled with my new porch. These guys were the best. I highly recommend! Pretty much the opposite of any experience I’ve had with any type of home building or improvement project. Very professional, did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. The result is gorgeous!

We used Charlotte Decks and Porches to tear down our existing wooden deck and replace it with composite decking and an Eze Breeze screened-in porch. His team showed up on time and everything was professional quality. He was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire project. We've been enjoying our new deck and porch over the last month and it has been an amazing addition to our home. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team!

Jeff and his crew did an excellent job adding a two-tiered deck, patio, 2 pergolas, and a covered porch to the back of our home. We had some complex design and architectural issues to solve, and Jeff was able to pull it all together into a very attractive outdoor living area at a price much less than the quotes we received from others. Highly recommend.

The largest city in York County

Rock Hill, South Carolina, is the largest city in York County and ranks as the fifth-most populous in the state. Part of the Charlotte metropolitan area, it’s a lively city with a rich history. With a population of 72,883 in 2021, Rock Hill offers its residents a dense suburban feel with the majority owning their homes. The city is abundant in parks and attracts many families and young professionals.

The average home value in Rock Hill is $323,405, and the median household income was $55,706 in 2021. Rock Hill has a big past, known for its significant role in several Revolutionary War battles and as the home of the Catawba Nation, South Carolina’s only federally recognized Indian tribe.

Education and culture thrive here with institutions like Winthrop University and unique attractions like the state’s only telephone museum. The city’s name comes from a literal rock hill excavated to lay the Charlotte-Columbia railroad.

One of Rock Hill’s premier attractions is Carowinds amusement park, just outside the city. It features Fury 325, a massive roller coaster that soars 30 stories high and hits speeds of 95 mph. Its 81-degree drop and fast pace are designed to resemble a hornet in flight—a nod to the region’s historical nickname, “hornet’s nest,” given by a British general amazed by the local fighters’ fierce spirit during the American Revolution.
