Check out Charlotte Decks & Porches’ Portfolio

Working with Charlotte Decks & Porches was an absolute pleasure - our project was completed on time, and we are in love with the results! Jeff took our loose vision and turned it into a reality with great suggestions along the way. Best of all, Jeff & his crews are incredibly responsive and wonderful people. Highly recommend!!

We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new deck! Jeff was with us every step of the way with great ideas from the design to final construction. I only wish we could hire his team for projects inside the house too!

I am thrilled with my new porch. These guys were the best. I highly recommend! Pretty much the opposite of any experience I’ve had with any type of home building or improvement project. Very professional, did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. The result is gorgeous!

After a long search, my husband and I chose Charlotte Decks and Porches to replace our old deck with a bigger deck with a roof. (See before and after pictures below.) Jeff (owner) gave us a quote and a time frame and he was spot on. The only things that changed in his quote were things that we added on after the fact, and the job was done when he said they’d be done (without cutting corners and despite some weather challenges). This crew was the most impressive and professional crew we've ever worked with. They cleaned up the job site every day before leaving; they had materials delivered as needed so we didn't have our property or driveway obstructed for long periods of time; they were polite, easy to communicate with, and very respectful. Jeff was on site just about every day to check on the progress and to check in with us. He was very responsive to emails and stayed on top of any concerns we may have had. Even his sub-contractors were great (painters, electricians, gutters, etc.) and Jeff made sure that their work was top quality from beginning to end. We are beyond pleased with the look and craftsmanship of our deck! I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with Charlotte Decks and Porches, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff and his crew did an excellent job adding a two-tiered deck, patio, 2 pergolas, and a covered porch to the back of our home. We had some complex design and architectural issues to solve, and Jeff was able to pull it all together into a very attractive outdoor living area at a price much less than the quotes we received from others. Highly recommend.

Excellent job with good communication and organized operation. Excellent carpentry work and design. Great quality & value. Highly recommend!

Jeff and the team were extremely professional, wonderful customer service, on time, and delivered a wonderful product. We are beyond happy with our new outdoor area! I would highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches!

We had a great experience with Jeff and team and would recommend them to everyone. We had them build a screen porch for us. It is rare when you can say that everything went according to plan, but it did. Jeff was honest and transparent and we had zero surprises throughout the entire process. The build is high quality and no short cuts were taken. We are extremely happy with our new screen porch and have already spent a lot of time out there, even with the weather cooling down (thanks to the heaters!).

I had a wonderful experience working with Charlotte Decks and Porches! Prompt, courteous, neat and a tremendous work ethic. They did a beautiful job on my porch/deck combination. Beyond my expectation!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new porch and the experience. The team was professional, responsive and quick. The final product is beautiful, and we have received compliments from everyone who has seen it. We highly recommend Jeff and his team!

We love our new covered porch! From the first contact throughout the whole project, Jeff and his team were professional and responsive and our porch couldn't be more perfect. It has quickly become our favorite room 😊 Highly recommend!

Jeff & Team are Top-Notch. They were able to construct our Screened In Porch and Outside Deck in 6 weeks. The porch quality along with the communication and Trade coordination was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly Recommended.

We used Charlotte Decks based on seeing a beautiful closed in porch they were working on in the neighborhood and we not disappointed. Jeff and his team had great communication, delivered as promised and did excellent work on our own 3 season closed in deck which is perfect for this region. I have to say this has been the best experience with a builder and also the best purchase we have made since being homeowners. We have an outdoor oasis that makes me smile everything I sit down and relax on the deck, so recommending Charlotte Decks and porches is easy to do. They deliver beauty and quality to our home!

After receiving two recommendations from friends, I contacted Charlotte Decks and Porches for a big project that my husband and I had in mind. Jeff, the owner, responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. He worked with us to create exactly what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions and was flexible when we requested last minute changes. The quality of the work is excellent, and we are so pleased with the finished product. The company works like a well-oiled machine and made the construction process as easy as possible from start to finish. We will be enjoying our porch and deck for many years to come. See the picture for the amazing before/after. I highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches!

Jeff's entire team was so professional. They were very tidy and worked very efficiently. We received another bid from a large decking contractor and they were more expensive without the bells and whistles that my wife and I wanted. We highly recommend using Charlotte Decks and Porches for your outdoor upgrade.

We could not be more pleased with Jeff and the CDP team from introduction through post-completion both professionally and quality of work. They listened to our ideas, provided great feedback and quickly built out the project better than we could have anticipated.

Jeff and his team did an amazing job on our screened in porch. It looks like it was always part of our home. We are thrilled with the quality and can’t wait to spend hours and hours out there!

We had a wonderful experience with Charlotte Decks and Porches! Jeff and his crew were great. Our covered porch turned out even better than expected! We are very pleased. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone who is reliable and does good quality work.

Jeff and the entire Charlotte Decks and Porches team did a fantastic job with our covered deck. The project was managed efficiently, completed within the timeframe provided, and looks incredible. Jeff was extremely responsive throughout all phases of the process and provided valuable input on key decisions. All team members and subs were nothing but professional and courteous throughout. I would highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches for similar projects.

Jeff and his team (ps my husband says Ben is the man!!) did a great job! I've been super impressed with how quickly everything went. This is not how most construction projects go... Typically there is a lot of sitting and waiting for progress. But not in my experience in working with Charlotte Decks and Porches.... They were seasoned pros! Everything was like clockwork and perfectly choreographed. Very satisfied with the end result and grateful to have partnered with Jeff for my outdoor reno needs. I'm happy to refer anyone to them and recommend their work. Thank you!

Jeff and his team were a pleasure to work with. They stayed true to their word throughout the entire process. We’re thrilled with how our new porch looks and we use it daily!

Fantastic work. Jeff and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on this deck rebuild, we doubled the size and it looks amazing. Love it, great job guys! Tony

We selected Charlotte Decks and Porches after several conversations with friends who used Charlotte Decks and Porches for their projects and were happy with the level of service and quality of work that Jeff and his team provided. Our experience with Charlotte Decks and Porches was no different and exceeded all expectations. From the quoting process to building, Jeff and his team went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered and concerns were alleviated. Jeff was constantly in contact throughout the process, keeping the project moving while ensuring his and our standards were met (my wife and I are Type A all the way). We highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches for anyone looking for a contractor who is a great communicator, provides quality work, and maintains a clean job site!

Jeff and his team built a beautiful deck (~700sqft) for us last fall. Great communication, set expectations well before the start of the job and met every deadline they set. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to add some value to their home.
