Trustworthy Timeline. The crew began work on our project on the exact day that Jeff indicated. He said the screen porch would take six weeks to complete and (despite a stretch of rainy weather) it took six weeks to complete.

Jeff and his crew did an excellent job adding a two-tiered deck, patio, 2 pergolas, and a covered porch to the back of our home. The only things that changed in his quote were things that we added on after the fact, and the job was done when he said they’d be done (without cutting corners and despite some weather challenges). This crew was the most impressive and professional crew we've ever worked with. They cleaned up the job site every day before leaving; they had materials delivered as needed so we didn't have our property or driveway obstructed for long periods of time; they were polite, easy to communicate with, and very respectful. Jeff was on site just about every day to check on the progress and to check in with us. He was very responsive to emails and stayed on top of any concerns we may have had. Even his sub-contractors were great (painters, electricians, gutters, etc.) and Jeff made sure that their work was top quality from beginning to end. We are beyond pleased with the look and craftsmanship of our deck! I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with Charlotte Decks and Porches, and we would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Jeff and team and would recommend them to everyone. We had them build a screen porch for us. It is rare when you can say that everything went according to plan, but it did. Jeff was honest and transparent and we had zero surprises throughout the entire process. The build is high quality and no short cuts were taken. We are extremely happy with our new screen porch and have already spent a lot of time out there, even with the weather cooling down (thanks to the heaters!).
This is the fourth renovation project we have completed since we bought our house in 2013 and this was by far the best experience. We can not thank Jeff and his team enough. Jeff & Team are Top-Notch. They were able to construct our Screened In Porch and Outside Deck in 6 weeks. The porch quality along with the communication and Trade coordination was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly Recommended.
